SE - Death the Kid x Reader - The Party

You hated parties ... the only reason you went was because Maka told you Kid would be there ... you had liked him since you joined the academy ... you saw him several times at the academy and he even said "Hello" to you on a few occasions ... but otherwise, he barely made eye contact with you. You sighed as you stood by the window, staring out of it. Kid's house was really fancy ... and large. You thought it would be really lonely if Kid lived there all by himself ... but he didn't. You were snapped out of your thoughts when your friend Maka came up to you
"Hey, what are you doing here by yourself? Join the party" She said
You smiled at her ... but you had no intention of socialising
"Not right now ..." You mumbled
"Oh come on, even Crona is enjoying himself" Maka said, laughing
You dared to look. She wasn't lying. Crona looked really happy
Oh crap ... if he's happy, how miserable does that make me? You thought
"I'll introduce you to the rest of the gang!" She said
You sighed
"Fine, but you owe me one" You grumbled
She dragged you over to the group. You felt a little trapped with all those people around you ... and you felt more self conscious because Kid was staring at you ... looking completely amazed ... and he was blushing
"About time, Kid's been trying to get you over here all night" a tall girl said
You stared, surprised
Kid ... wanted to talk ... to me? You thought
Your heart began to beat faster and you felt like there were butterflies in your stomach. The albino chuckled
"Yeah, he's been grinning like a dope for hours" He said
You glared at him and Maka hit him on the head with a book
"Thanks, Maka" You said, smiling
She just nodded at you
"Guys, this is (Name). She's a Weapon" She said
"Wow, what kind of weapon?" The cute girl asked
"Uh ... I'm a Cutlass ..." You mumbled
"Cool! I'm Patty and this my big sis, Liz!" The cute girl said
"We're Kid's weapon partners" Liz said
You nodded and noticed that Kid was shaking. His eyes were surveying you ... and you blushed
"I'm Tsubaki. I'm Black Star's Weapon partner" said a tall, quiet woman
"Black Star's by the Buffet ..." Maka sighed
You chuckled and looked at the Albino
"You must be Soul, then" You said
He nodded and you heard a strange noise. You looked around and noticed that Kid had run off
"Where's Kid?" You asked
"No idea ... maybe he saw something Asymmetrical and ran" Soul chuckled
"That's not nice ..." Crona mumbled

After that, the party got really boring and you decided to leave. You left the house and saw Kid, sitting on the steps, shaking. You walked up to him and sat next to him
"What's wrong, Kid? Something bothering you?" You asked
He sat bolt upright and looked at you.
"Y-your weapon form is ... so ... asymmetrical ..." He muttered
You sighed and tried to get up, but he stopped you
"But ... your human form is perfectly symmetrical!" He sighed lovingly
This creeped you out a bit, but at the same time, you were touched ...
"Uh ... thanks, I guess" You mumbled
"I ... I've seen you so many times ... and when Maka introduced us on the day you came to the academy ... I haven't stopped thinking of you since!" He said, moving closer to you
You began to feel very hot because the guy you had a crush on was sitting right next to you ... telling you that he had been looking at you, just as you had been looking at him
"(Name) ... will you ... ever consider going out with me?" He asked
You gasped
"J-just so I can get to know you better!" He said quickly, going bright red
You smiled ... flattered and surprised
"Sure ... I'd love to ..." You said, blushing
Kid cheered and went back in the house, proclaiming he now had a perfectly symmetrical girlfriend, which made you laugh
"He's so silly ..." You said, sighing
