"How many times does that wretched girl have to avoid my curse?!" Kirkland shouted, kicking the wall
"This will make it 3 times, sir" Flying Mint Bunny said
Kirkland sighed angrily
"Bloody foot hurts, now ... I shall have to kill her myself in person!" He growled
"What ... you mean ... you're actually going up there?!" Flying Mint Bunny asked
"Yes, exactly" He said
"But you're dead! You're falling apart, sir. How will you get to Paris in one piece?"
"Why don't we take the train?" Kirkland said, grinning

Ivan, Aleksander and [Nickname], along with the small puppy, arrived in Paris and came to a nice house, where Marianne supposedly lived. She was a close friend of Chun's and no one got to see Chun without going through Marianne first, much to [Nickname]'s annoyance. They knocked on the door, and moments later, a beautiful woman answered the door
"Oh, Bonjour! Who's the tall one?" She asked
Ivan and [Nickname] looked at Aleksander, who looked a little uncomfortable to be the tallest one there
"We believe we've found [Name]" Ivan said, smiling
"Oh ... well, ok. Come in, come in!" She said, winking at Aleksander
He went dark pink as the trio entered the house and each took a seat. Marianne sat next to Aleksander and began to cling to him, giggling. When she became focussed, she began to ask [Nickname] questions, the kind that only [Name] could answer. Unfortunately, a lot of [Name]'s life was well known, and Ivan had taught [Nickname] all of the answers. After an hour, perhaps two, Marianne asked the last question, which was by far the toughest ... because only [Name] would know the answer
"One last question, the one that's on everyone's mind ... how did you escape the siege on the palace?" Marianne asked
Ivan sighed and hung his head, but [Nickname] thought hard
"Th-there was a boy ... who worked there ... h-he opened a wall" She said, sounding a little unsure
Ivan sat up straight and looked at [Nickname], mouth agape
"So, is she [Name]?" Aleksander asked
"She answered every question, but Chun wouldn't allow it" Marianne said
Ivan knew he had to do something ... for [Nickname]'s sake ...
"Tell you what, if you can get us an opportunity to see Chun, you can have Aleksander for the afternoon" He said
Marianne's face lit up and she hugged Aleksander
"Ah-hon-hon! Well, Chun and I go and see the ballet. We never miss it ... I'll see what I can do~!" She said

After a day of shopping in Paris, Ivan and Aleksander waited for [Nickname] on the steps of the theatre, where the ballet was being held
"This is wonderful! Just think of what we could do with the reward money!" Aleksander said
"Aleksander ... I was the boy ... the one who opened the wall. She's the real thing" Ivan said sadly
Aleksander stared
"Th-then little [Nickname] ... has found her family! You have to tell her, Ivan" He said, standing up
"Tell me what?"
Ivan shot to his feet when he saw her. [Nickname] was standing there, wearing a beautiful dress, that looked perfect on her. Ivan was bewitched by her beauty ... and it took all of his will power to speak
"H-how beautiful you look" He said, fidgeting
"Oh ... th-thank you" She mumbled, blushing
The trio went inside, Ivan never taking his eyes off [Nickname]. He was moments away from losing her forever ... and it was killing him, because he would never see her again. He didn't want to say it out loud, but ... he had fallen in love with [Nickname]. After the ballet was finished, [Nickname] was taken to outside a room, where Chun was supposedly sitting. Ivan had a pained look on his face for a moment ... but it turned into his usual cheery smile
"Here we go ... I'm going to go in first. You wait here, ok?" He said
"Ok ... I just wanted to say thanks. Thanks for everything" She said, smiling
"[Nickname], there's something I ..."
"Yes?"
"I ... I mean ..."
"Yes?"
"N-nothing ... just good luck" He said, going into the room
Marianne was in there, grinning from ear to ear. Chun looked less than happy
"I believe I have found your granddaughter, who is just outside" Ivan said
"I have seen enough "[Name]s" to last me a lifetime. I just want to enjoy the rest of my life in peace. My heart can't take this anymore ..." Chun said, standing up
"Please, you have to listen. I've come all the way from Russia and-"
"And some come from further than that ... I've had enough! Men like you sicken me" She said angrily
"I should leave now ..." Marianne said, running out of the room
"Chun, please. My name is-"
"I know who you are. I've heard of you, Mr Braginsky ... you're that conman that was holding auditions to find a [Name] look-alike" She snapped
"Would you please listen, I-"
"Just go!" She shouted
Before he could say another word, he was thrown out by huge guards and came face to face with an angry [Nickname], who had heard everything
"It was all a lie, wasn't it?" She said, sounding crushed
"Nyet, let me explain ... [Nickname]-"
"You just used me to pocket her money!" She wailed, starting to walk away
"Nyet, listen-"
"You lied to me, right from the very beginning. Not only did I believe you I ..." She let out a frustrated groan
"[Nickname], please! Remember what you said, I'm the-"
"I don't care what I said I remember! Just leave me alone!" She said, slapping him
She walked away, leaving Ivan standing there stunned
