Bad Arthur grinned as he held you in his impenetrable grip
"Other Me ... pray tell, how did you get free? If I recall correctly, I nailed you to the wall" He said, pointing at the nasty injuries on Good Arthur's body
"Allistor found me and let me down" Good Arthur said
"Ooh ... Scottie rescued you, hmm? How sweet" Bad Arthur jeered
"If it wouldn't kill us both ... I would snap your neck!" Good Arthur hissed
"Ooh, I like 'em feisty" Bad Arthur said, licking his lips
Cheshire Kiku stared
"That is a highly inappropriate topic for public conversation, wouldn't you say?" He asked
"Sod off, you mangy cat. Return to your shadows! Away with you!" Bad Arthur shouted
Cheshire Kiku bowed his head and backed away, vanishing just like that. That left you and the two Arthurs alone. You elbowed Bad Arthur in the gut and he let you go out of shock. You hurried over to Good Arthur and hugged him
"Nice one!" He said, smiling
"You ... bitch. I will cut your pretty face to ribbons" Bad Arthur snarled with a creepy smile
You clung to Good Arthur tightly as Bad Arthur sorted himself out
"Oh, what to do ... I feel like a kid in a sweet shop" He sighed, batting his eyes at you
"Stay away from her. I would rather die than let you near her" Good Arthur said boldly
"Careful, I might split a seam if I don't die laughing first" Bad Arthur said, laughing a little
"Arthur, I'm scared" You breathed
Suddenly, Bad Arthur approached and snatched Good Arthur away from you
"Arthur!" You said, shocked and upset
"Unhand me!" Good Arthur cried, trying to pull himself free
You were about to rush in and help, but something shocking stopped you. Bad Arthur kissed his Good counterpart. The Good Arthur let out a muffled cry of surprise and tried to wriggle free, but Bad Arthur's grip was too strong. Then, you noticed Good Arthur's body go limp

"Let him go!" You cried
Bad Arthur obeyed and Good Arthur fell to the floor in a heap, unconscious
"Arthur! What did you do to him?!" You asked, horrified
Bad Arthur just grinned and knelt down
"Ah ... lovely skin, simply lovely" He said, stroking Good Arthur's cheek
"Ok, that's just creepy" You thought
"It's a pity I have to ruin it" Bad Arthur said, holding the knife to Good Arthur's cheek
"No! Don't hurt him, please!" You begged
You felt tears come up in your eyes and Bad Arthur noticed this
"What are you doing?" He asked, sounding frightened
You began to cry and Bad Arthur screamed, covering his ears
"Th-that infernal noise! S-Stop it!" He shouted
You continued to cry, oblivious to his pain and fear
"I command you to cease and deist!" He growled
You saw that it was bugging him, but if anything his expression scared you, so you began to cry more. Bad Arthur screamed and you looked at him. He was crying tears of blood
"P-Please, stop!" He wailed
You couldn't stop ... not until you heard a groan from Good Arthur and saw him sit up
"Wha-what? Where am I? What's going ... huh?"
Bad Arthur began to shake madly and Good Arthur stared for a moment. He pulled in Bad Arthur for a hug, which was a weird sight
"Make her stop!" Bad Arthur wailed, clinging to his Good counterpart tightly
"Shh ... it's ok. Shh ..." Good Arthur said in a hushed, soothing tone
To your surprise, Bad Arthur fell asleep, listening to the heart beat of his counterpart and sucking his thumb as Good Arthur cradled the maniac in his arms
"Shh ... it's ok. I'm here ... I've got you" Good Arthur said, patting his Evil counterpart on the head
"Other Me ..." Bad Arthur breathed

Good Arthur stood up, cradling the evil version of him in his arms
"Right, let's find a way out of here" Good Arthur said
"F-First things first, what's with the outfit, Arthur?" You asked
He sighed angrily
"It appeared when I jumped in after you" He said
"Oh ..." You mumbled a little guilty for asking
You dried your eyes as the two of you started walking
"So ... is there something you need to tell me?" You asked
Good Arthur sighed as Cheshire Kiku reappeared on the branch of a nearby tree
"Oh, Arthur ... I fear you have broken him" He said, sighing
You and Good Arthur stopped and looked at Cheshire Kiku
"He was already broken. I did not mean for him to split from me" Good Arthur said
"Indeed so, but he must return to you soon and the only place he can be returned to you is in your own world" Cheshire Kiku said
"I know and I'd rather he didn't wake up, Cheshire" Good Arthur said
"What are you talking about? What's going on? Why did he freak out when I cried?" You asked
Your mind was absolutely swimming in questions and you were highly irritated that no one was explaining things to you. Suddenly, Bad Arthur began to shift uncomfortably and whimper
"Other Me!" He squeaked
"Hush, it's ok ... shh ..." Good Arthur said in a soothing tone
"Answer me!" You said
"Alright, alright! Just don't wake him up!" Good Arthur said
Cheshire Kiku joined you and the others and you stood there, folding your arms
"Start explaining. What is he?" You asked
"Other Me ..." Bad Arthur mumbled with a smile and a pale blush
