1773 – Boston Harbour

"Take that, Brit!" Alfred said, throwing another crate of tea into the harbour
Arthur stood on the docks, looking horrified and shouting at Alfred and his people, begging them to stop. Alfred couldn't remember why they all dressed as Indians to do it
"No! Not my tea! What the bloody hell will I have with my crumpets now?!" Arthur wailed
Alfred laughed and picked up another crate
"Call off the taxes and we'll stop!" He said
"I told you! I have no control over that. That's the King's decision to make!" Arthur said
"Down on Taxes!" Alfred cried, throwing the crate into the water below
The people on the boat, along with Alfred began to chant "Down with Taxes" over and over again, which annoyed Arthur something fierce. He tried to get them to shut up, but they only became louder and louder. Then, Alfred began to speak as the others continued to chant
"My fellow Americans, are we not entitled to the same rights as the English?" He asked loudly
"HECK YEAH!" The others cheered
"I keep telling you, it's not my call! My boss is the one who has the power to impose taxes!" Arthur wailed
"Are we going to listen to this Englishman make excuses?" Alfred asked, almost shouting
"HECK NO!" The others cried
"Alfred, you little snot, listen to me!" Arthur shouted
Alfred picked up another crate and something caught his eye. Standing next to Arthur, was the prettiest girl he had ever seen. She had [h/c] [h/l] hair, and the most beautiful [e/c] eyes. She was wearing a maid's outfit, so Alfred assumed she was working as a servant in Arthur's household, which made the American angrier
"Who is that next to you, Limey?" He asked
"Limey? Is that the best you can do? My mother could make better insults than that, and she's dead! If you're going to insult me, at least do it properly" Arthur said, putting his hand on his hips
"Forget that! Just answer the question, Brit!" Alfred shouted
Arthur sighed
"This young lady is [Name]. She's my maid" He said
"Got'cha! Hey, [Name]-dude! Come with us and be free!" Alfred said
She shook her head
"I can't, sir. I am bound to serve England, sir. I owe him for saving my country from poverty" She said, hanging her head
"You're a country?" Alfred asked
She nodded
"That makes it ten times worse!" He exclaimed
She smiled and shook her head
"He's a wonderful man. He saved my life" She said
Arthur gave Alfred a smug grin, which made him angry. He threw the crate at Arthur and [Name] screamed. Arthur obliterated it with his magic and looked at Alfred, his green eyes glowing
"You'll have to do better than that, boy" He said as his eyes returned to normal
Alfred frowned and looked at his people
"Don't just stand there! Keep throwing tea into the harbour! I would rather see it destroyed than in the hands of the British!" He cried
"Yes sir!"
"No, not my tea! Cease and desist this instant!" Arthur shouted
Alfred noticed that [Name] was trying not to laugh and had a small blush on her cheeks. He smiled at her and she looked away shyly
"You little bastard!" Arthur shouted
"Correction, tall bastard … I'm taller than you, Brit!" Alfred said, laughing
Arthur smirked
"So you are admitting to being a bastard, then?" He asked
"Well, I …" Alfred paused for a moment to think about what Arthur just said "DAMN IT!" He cried in frustration
Arthur laughed heartily, falling over as he did so. [Name] didn't seem to find this funny. She looked horrified that Alfred had been tricked into saying such a thing
"'ey, Artie! Stop makin' out with yer boyfriend! I can hear it from here!"
Arthur looked deathly embarrassed that Scotland had called out to him like that, especially when the others began to laugh. Alfred snorted loudly
"Hey, Britain! Your real brothers are here!" He called
"Don't remind me …" Arthur snarled
[Name] laughed a little and he glared at her
"Artie! Get yer bony, pointless arse over here, now!"
"Alright, Alright! Keep your kilt on!" Arthur shouted at Scotland
Arthur looked at Alfred
"America … stop this now while you have the chance" Arthur said
"Forget it, Brit. I won't stop until we're entitled to the same freedoms as you" Alfred said
Arthur sighed and shed a tear
"So this is how things are going to be?" He asked
"This is how things must be" Alfred said
"So be it" Arthur muttered, walking away
[Name] left with him and the Americans cheered. It was a small victory, but a victory nonetheless. But the fight for what is right was only just beginning …

"Every memory of looking out the back door
I had the photo album spread out on my bedroom floor
It's hard to say it, time to say it
Goodbye, goodbye.
Every memory of walking out the front door
I found the photo of the friend that I was looking for
It's hard to say it, time to say it
Goodbye, goodbye"
